PlusExecutive Search, Consulting & Training is a boutique firm focused in C-Suite, Directors, and Executive Search, founded in Ecuador in 2012. Between 2012 and 2015, we successfully opened services for the Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Food & Consumer Goods, and Retail industries.
In 2018, the company expanded to Boca Ratón, Florida, as Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training LLC, which is wholly owned by Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training Cia. Ltda. Its CEO & Partner Jessica Alcivar, and Presidente Partner Rodrigo Rekalde are also members of the Board of Directors of a holding company in Ecuador, and Monica García, Business Partner of the office at Boca Ratón, Florida which started with a lot of energy and activities based on their network of contacts and professional experience.
Our management team has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on Talent Acquisition, and EXECUTIVE SEARCH services for executive positions in Latin America and the United States.

Jessica has over 25+ years of solid HR experience in different markets such as Oil & Energy & Natural Resources, Banking & Finance, Pharmaceutical, and Retail. Today, she is our General Manager & CEO, responsible for business development and commercial relationship management for LATAM, Ecuador and the State of Florida, USA.
In the last 10 years, her experience was in the Oil&Gas, and Energy industry, realizing executive searches, C-Level for Multinationals. It realized local, regional, and international searches such as Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, and the U.S.
Prior to PlusExecutive Search, she held management positions as HR Director and Selection and Training Executive for several Banking and Financial companies such as Produbanco, Banco Continental, Banco Unibanco, Banco Popular, as well as Consumer Companies such as Nestlé del Ecuador and Mercantil Garzozi. All this previous experience allows him to provide solutions and advice that impact organizational performance.
She is currently studying at Saint Leo University in Florida, USA to update her Psychology B.A. degree, trained in Psychology at the University of Loja and in Commercial Engineering at the Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Ecuador. In addition, he graduated in Strategic Management of Human Resources at Technologic de Monterrey. She has an International Certification in the Assessment Center of the Technologic de Monterrey and a certification in NLP Neurolinguistic Programming.

Rodrigo has more than 20 years of experience in Business and Human Resources with a clear focus on Consumer Goods and Services companies. I work for several multinational and local companies, selecting the personnel of the Sales Force, and supervising the commercial and administrative area.
Rodrigo is the partner and President of the boutique firm PlusExecutive Search, Consulting & Training in Ecuador and Boca Raton, Florida, in charge of the Administrative and Operations parts, as well as the role of Consulting Manager for the firm’s projects for Latam and the U.S.
In the last 8 years, his experience has been the selection of executives for the Graphics industry, Hospitality and Tourism industry, conducting searches for Senior and Management Executives in Ecuador and Galápagos. As well as managing the different selection platforms such as ATS, Social Networks, and Websites.
He worked for various sectors such as the Industrial such as the Fruit Company of Ecuador, Schering-Plough, BDF Beiersdorf at Pharmaceutical Industry, he was also in the Consumer Product industry as Zaimella of Ecuador. He had the opportunity to open 10 stores in Lima, Peru, and 55 franchises in Ecuador.
Rodrigo has studied Marketing and Advertising at the University of the Armed Forces and the Equinoctial Technological University of Ecuador, respectively.

Her expertise spans both generalist and specialist roles, with a proven ability to lead and innovate across diverse HR functions.
Before joining us, Monica spent over a decade as the Regional Director of Human Resources for the Americas, Andes, and LATAM at Wärtsilä, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Earlier in her career, she was the LATAM Training & Development Associate Director at Colgate-Palmolive for more than 20 years, earning «You Can Make a Difference» awards and co-founding the Hispanic Action Network (HAN) and the Women’s Enhancement Network (WCEN).
