Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training is a boutique Executive Search firm, founded in Ecuador in 2012. Between 2012 and 2015, performance succeeded in opening markets such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Pharmaceutical, Food & Consumer Goods, and Retail. In 2016 our company invested and opened a new office in the financial area of Quito city. At the new facilities, you will find innovation and environmental tools designed for the business line.

Within 2018 the company expanded to Miami Florida as Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training LLC, which is owned totally by Plusheadhunters Consulting & Training Cia. Ltda. The CEO Mrs. Jessica Alcivar and the VP & partner Rodrigo Rekalde are also members of the Board of a holding company in Ecuador, started with lot of energy and activities based on their network of contacts & professional expertise.
